Two Days. One Plan.
The Clarity You've Been Missing.
January 22-23 | Dallas, TX
Join us live, in person and build a clear plan to grow your firm in 2026.
Reserve your seat for the January 21-23 Dallas workshop before year-end. Get a two-day intensive working session where you’ll receive personalized, actionable insights and build your plan to make 2026 your firm’s best year yet.
Space is filling quickly. Don’t be left out!
Stop making decisions in a vacuum.
Build a plan that connects everything you do.
Most advisors set goals every January. But by February, they’re back to the same playbook—hoping for custodial referrals that cost them 25% forever, or buying commodity leads that sound like everyone else.
When you reserve your seat today:
- You leave with a written plan to win in 2026. Not goals. Not resolutions. A completed Play to Win framework that maps your unit economics, offer structure, and growth levers. The same framework that guides decision-making at a nine-figure RIA.
- You get clarity on marketing you actually own. Stop bleeding equity to custodians for referrals. Stop paying lead vendors for prospects who can’t tell you apart. Learn how we generate 200-300 qualified leads per month through channels you control.
- You join advisors who are building together. This isn’t a room full of people taking notes. It’s practitioners who share what’s working, troubleshoot each other’s plans, and stay connected long after the workshop ends.
The firms that break through in 2026 won’t be the ones with the best intentions in January.
They’ll be the ones with a plan to win and the clarity to execute it.

What will I walk away with?
We expect advisors to walk away from this event ready to:
- Understand their unit economics and offer structure so they can (finally) see what really drives value in their firms.
- Apply the digital marketing strategy Lifeworks uses to generate 200–300 qualified leads per month at our firm.
- Set up a tech stack that serves clients well and scales with your firm.
- Stay relevant as personalized investing becomes the norm.
Is this right for the size of my firm?
Every workshop covers a topic applicable to firms of any size.
Can I just send someone from my team instead of going myself?
This workshop is designed for principals and CEOs making strategic decisions about their firm’s future. Your team can execute the plan you build here, but the strategic framework needs to be owned by whoever controls resource allocation and growth decisions.
How much are the tickets?
The tickets are $1,995. You’re responsible for your travel. We have preferred room rates at The Adolphus.
Do you have hotel arrangements?
Yes, we have a block of rooms at the Adolphus in downtown Dallas with a special rate of $295/night. We’ll email you instructions to secure your room after you register.
What do I need to know to arrange travel?
We recommend arriving on January 21. Arriving early will give you time to work on your practice. The workshop begins at 7:30 am on the 22nd and wraps after lunch on the 23rd. DAL and DFW both have frequent mid-afternoon and early evening flights, so you should be able to arrive home Friday evening regardless of where you’re returning to.
Some testimonials from our past events:
“Not only are the conceptual conversations happening, but the tangible deliverables of those are happening. You’re actually getting the concept of what’s changing in the industry, why it matters, and why you should be paying attention if you’re not. But then you’re also getting the practical applications of someone that’s actually guiding you… so you have something on Monday you can start implementing.”
– John R., CFP®
“My expectation coming in was that there was going to be a bunch of talking at me and I’d just be taking notes the whole time. What I got was a lot of workshop opportunities… It was a good mix of people talking, but also time for me to work. It felt like everybody here was here for the same purpose and wanted to help each other. There was no ‘you’re my competition.’ Everybody was an open book. It was really nice to come and have that opportunity”
– Stephen N., CFP®, CEPA®, AIF®
“ You go to different types of events and maybe you pick up a tactic or one strategy or one thing you can do for your business, and sometimes you even pay more for it. This is the equivalent of an MBA course. Real actionable things to do that you have to put your head down, do the work, and if you do them, it’ll pay you back 10 times or a hundred times over.”
– Michael D.
