Create Your Poe Account

During the event, we’ll be running a hands-on workshop using an AI tool called Poe. Specifically, we’ll be using a custom bot called the Winning Aspiration Bot. Watch the videos below and follow the instructions to get your account set up now so you’re not fumbling with it on the day. 

  1. Go to poe.com

Open poe.com in your browser. 

2. Create an account

Click “Sign Up” and choose your preferred method — you can sign up with your Google account, Apple account, or an email address.

3. Verify your account

If you signed up with email, Poe will send a verification code. Check your inbox (and spam folder), enter the code, and you’re in.

4. Open the Winning Aspiration Bot

Click the button below to go directly to the bot we’ll be using in the workshop. We’ve recently discovered Poe now requires a paid account to use the more advanced bots that we use. We recommend upgrading to the paid version for this event. 

Once you’re in Poe and have navigated to the Winning Aspiration Bot, make sure to bookmark it for easy finding during the event.

5. Watch the Winning Aspiration: Vision Video Below

This video dives into the purpose and process of crafting a written winning aspiration. It will support you in using the bot and help you build your written statement that Ron can interrogate interactively in his strategy session. 

6. Start Working with Poe

Start working through the Winning Aspiration bot on Poe. Plan on spending an hour working through your answers. You might even want to work on it, give your answers some thought, and return to it. Be honest in your answers. Don’t rush. Laying the groundwork early will help you get your first strategy building block in place ahead of our two-day workshop. 

Also, we will be using this plan template throughout the workshop to organize the pieces of your strategy. Make a copy and add your Winning Aspiration to get a head start.
